Ya know, the intelligence of nature, is mystifying. For example, the second year I grew tobacco, the 'baccer worms found the plants. Now, there is no commerical planting and growing of tobacco for at least 25 miles away. There may be small home growing that I am not aware of that is occuring closer. Moreover, on the property itself, if tobacco had ever been grown on it, it was back in Injun' times. So, how in the world, did the worms find the tobacco? And once they detected it, how did they migrate to where it is? Are there other plants which they feed upon when there is no tobacco around for centuries? Could their eggs have been in the seed stock I bought?
