Now here's a big red flag. Here in the capital city of Canada, they are keeping track of the vaccination percentage rates BY NEIGHBORHOOD. That means that they are keeping track of addresses (at the very least) and using them for planning purposes, as they are going to put mobile clinics in low-rate neighborhoods. It is no stretch of the imagination to think of how this data could be used going forward.

New data shows the neighbourhood of Ledbury – Heron Gate – Ridgemont has the lowest vaccination rate in Ottawa, with 46.4 per cent of residents 12 and older fully vaccinated.
