I’m pretty sure that’s what’s behind the Gates land grabs, the mosquitos, ticks, flees, bedbugs etc. Actually, I recall an obscure article from not long ago, about a tick with something like Black Plague escaping a lab in Japan. And part of me wonders if there was a new Operation Magic Sword during the “global pandemic,” which might explain why they didn’t want people at sea as witnesses to the release. Random idea.
