My concern is: Aren't chemtrails seen in the sky?? Yesterday in NY...

I don't shop there - went to see Flower Show...this notice is not even on the front -inside on the wall. I even don't know how I noticed it... I wish I saw it before entering to see flowers.... I shopped so many times in the store.... Who knows how long they are doing it.....

Yesterday in NY... Today feeling fatigue and mild shortness of breath.. Everyone I showed this pic to said that it's just from the airplane, nothing to worry about... But I am not so sure .... Maybe someone here knows if it's normal...
