@Breakthru I can't give medical advice, this is what I'm doing. When I'm in public as soon as in car I use essential oil based on 5 Thieves on my hand and spray in air, nebulize hydrogen peroxide, drink teas like Pao D'Arco, fennel tea (ischemic acid). Work out, breathing exercises, eat clean.
