Fresh Sunday plate , made with lentils, cashews , basil, onion , cappers , a little curcuma , oilio extravergine , avocados, I cooked the lentils in pressure cooker with garlic and laurel , the sauce on the avocado is made with cashews , I have put them on water for 3 / 4 ours and after at the mortar with lemon and extravergine olives oil to make a cream under the avocado with cappers and basil , I also put the lentil in the mortar with a little curcuma , I put the plate before the composition, in the fridge
I forget at the recipes, for the sauce under the lentils I used tomatoes with out the seeds , I mean I take it them out , onion , basil , extravergine olives oil , all ingredient are coming from a small biodamic business in the countryside close to Tuscany , we are friends and all their products are exceptional
