What’s the best way to find large amounts of land in TX (been planning to move there since 2019, have had to plan and liquidate business assets, etc first)? Do you suggest a realtor or just drive around and find for sale signs in areas we like? We are looking for between 10-100 acres depending on what is on the land, flood likelihood, etc.
