Another oil refinery fire. Probably a coincidence. Maybe a lightning strike - in fair weather. Climate change: a possibility. John Kerry was spotted with gas cans! Could be a bunch of kids. Orrrrrr, a CIA directed EMI coupled with Kerry’s gas cans, & ignited by a bunch of antifa thugs. Door #3, hands down.
