For dinner last night I made a veggie chickpea stirfry.
It contains fennel, onions, eggplant, green pepper, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and chickpeas. I poured it over a bed of cauliflower rice. It was flavorful, savory, and delicious. And those colors!
For dessert, I made a chocolate smoothie bowl using frozen bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and almond milk. I topped it with chia seeds, dark chocolate shavings, sliced banana, and a dollop of peanut butter.
