I don’t know anything about it but it’s probably fine! I just bought the whole star anise pods or whatever they’re called! I haven’t used them! I take some of my sugar coated fennel seeds every day! It may not be the healthiest thing to do, but if I’m gonna die of prion disease anyway, I wanna enjoy my life as much as possible before then!
