The CDC's "CDCWonder" page - where you're SUPPOSED to be able to view/check "vaccine" adverse event reports has been down for FOUR DAYS now: https://wonder.cdc.gov/vaers.html . What are they trying to hide? It looks to me like they're either "scrubbing" the site of the more serious adverse events or fixing to remove access to it altogether. Try it for yourself and see.
