There's a rumor floating around that Fauci has been secretly indicted by Trump. Might be fake news, not confirmed yet, but keep an eye out for more info on this possibility. In my view, Trump won't move on any of this until after the Jan. 6th Congressional meeting anyway, and once he starts to move on the mass arrests, he will move very quickly on all of them, simultaneously.

My best guess is that Trump already has damning docs on the Biden crime family, and can now threaten declassification to leverage Biden into a possible concession. If Biden refuses, Trump can release the docs via the public emergency broadcast system (send out a link to all mobile phones, bypassing Big Tech censorship), and this will shame Biden into either conceding or forcing Congress to vote down his electoral votes on Jan. 6th.
One advantage of a DOJ appointed Special Prosecutor is that it will last beyond this administration.
