If you're familiar with history, gov't works with media to promote an agenda. Can be good or bad; depends on whether those in power are on the side of truth or lies, justice or crime. Hitler & Mao used cartoons for the latter; while America used them during WWII for the former to mock Hitler & promote the war effort.
