Mike I now know the whole truth. As I said no government is good. They are all Worldly. But that doesn't change the fact that the Israeli people are God's Chosen people. They must be supported. Also, this scenario is the perfect set up for the Accendence of the Anti-Christ. The scriptures will be fulfilled and the Chosen People, not the government must be preserved. We must not turn against the Israeli people. You cannot throw the baby out with the dirty bathwater.

Fenceman may I ask this question? Your life may never take you to the people I've met. If we meet someone who asks a question we do not know the answer to, will we walk away, or will we try to find the answer for them by seeking more knowledge?
Believers, when we quote scripture or are quoted a scripture we should at least read the whole chapter and then study to find other scriptures on the same subject to insure we are understanding the context. Never assume we know what God is saying. We are all sinners and can misunderstand even simple things. Remember what Paul told Timothy, "Study to show yourself approved, rightly dividing the Word of God".
In those scriptures I quoted you will notice a recurring theme, Forever, Chosen people, as long as there are stars in the skies, above all other people's, because of His love for them, Holy People ETC.

I can keep on going if you like. Please read them all.
To Mike and his friends. I love Jesus Christ. I love Christians who act like Christians. I do not love the Jews except Jesus came through them. The Current nation of Israel is just as wrong as any other non-christian nation, and that includes the USA. We were never a Christian nation because of our government, but we became a Christian people when we spread the Gospel all over the World. Israel is God's Chosen people and it says so all through the Old and New Testament. If you can prove otherwise using the Word of God please do so. I will not accept any non-biblical. The historian Josephus can verify many of the things the Apostles said in the Word of God. He interviewed many of the first century leaders and people who saw the risen Savior. Him I trust as a worldly source. Please let me know your decision.
