What I heard @HealthRanger say was that it would be easier for the military' to move against Biden once his popularity dipped. We the grassroots patriots can speed that up by engaging in an information war. For example posting links to his actual EO along w the positive sounding headlines. Key to this is we are going to have to get out of our conservative echo chambers and use their own twisted media ie twitter and facebook
