@HealthRanger @Matt_Bracken You being the man of the world may know a legal scholar that can answer the "Get around FEMA" question. Cant we just SELL relief package to victims? Surly they still have commerce law "rights". I have donated to Samaritan`s Purse and Health Ranger bucket on the way. I, like many others would donate cash to fund the dollar or two the victim could just buy the damn package!
