The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court just issued a historic decision to overturn a block on midterm election results!

In the Commonwealth of Pennslyvania, it is illegal to certify an election if more votes than registered voters cast ballots. This law is common sense, but the PA political establishment ignored it. Subsequently, grassroots activists in Chester County took them to court and won on appeal!

Now the Pennsylvania grassroots will move forward on their demand for a recount of the 2022 election! We the People are winning!

This is great news for the rule of law and our sacred right to vote. The higher PA court reinforced the value of transparency and security of elections.
