If you own ANY TAURUS PT SERIES HAND GUN there was a safety Recall and a CLASS ACTION SUIT And there is a court order that Taurus has to replace all PT series handguns. The Lawyers are Bailey and Glasser that handled the class action suit,, I had to get in touch with them because Taurus kept giving me the run around after they had my PT111Pro for 2 months ,law firm called them on my behalf and they overnighted the replacement to my FFL dealer. Now Taurus is doing the same thing with the reimbursement of the Transfer Fees. I guess time to call the Law Firm again. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER TAURUS PRODUCT AGAIN !

To any of you following my FIGHT WITH TAURUS FIREARMS, I contacted Bailey and Glasser law firm that handled class action suit against Taurus, Well yesterday on my behalf and at no charge a lawyer from there contacted Taurus. He must of lit a fire cause Taurus overnighted the firearm to the FFL Dealer here and I have the replacement gun at home now. I had to pay the $40 transfer fee and until Taurus reimburses me I will not close my BBB complaint

After 3 phone calls as of today they tell me gonna be at least 2 to 3 more weeks for it to ship and they say the time limit to pay transfer fees is over. They were notified back in 2013 I was having problems with it and sent me 3 recoil springs then and say they would be back in touch with me when the problem is fixed. LONG BEFORE THE CLASS ACTION SUIT. So how can time limit on covering transfer fees apply ? I had not used the gun since 2013 cause it was unsafe and I forgot about it. On 3-17-23 I filed complaint with BBB
