A survivor bought her condo in December. No one told her about building repairs until after her purchase. $1,000 per month assessment for the repairs had been scheduled to start in July.

I don’t know how that person purchased the condo but a real estate agent should have a fiduciary responsibility to divulge that information, if they had knowledge of it, which they should have, in my way of thinking! That should fall under disclosure!
She might be able to take legal action and the agent/broker may lose their license, unless they’re a Democrat of course!
