The corporations of the world can ply plenty of money from all three levels in the graphic, but you can only extract so much from the estates of the dead. Only so many people are interested in being healthy and will invest in that. The sick are many and a cash cow, where the hopes and dreams of "science" will be realized.
@markinformer they actually have to stand by and watch you die , and just before you die they have to cut you open to rob you of your organs , dead organs cannot function in a transplant , you must be ( barely ) still "pumping" before they cut out your heart!!
