PREP PREP PREP There's still room in the cupboards... must keep prepping. I've gone from a one winter plan to a five year plan +++. So much to do! This week I dehydrated the last of my first years potato crop (very small). I am thinking cubed potato, squash and sweet potato would be more useful for stews etc Looking forward to trying fruits and cherry granola too. Any recipes or tips would be appreciated.
