Aaron Salter, a retired Buffalo Police Officer, was shot and killed last Saturday in a mass shooting at a Tops Supermarket where he worked security. Aaron was also a scientist who was working on a vehicle that would run on tap water. Coincidence? Smells like MKULTRA to me...
