Being a graduate of Hillsdale College, I follow their CCA'S that they do 4 times a year. Some are very interesting, I think this weeks CCA will be one of those:
This is an old PSA about polyvinyl chloride. It's very toxic and can cause angiosarcoma in the liver with a life expectancy of two months. That's not all. If burned off, it produces phosgene and hydrochloric acid, some of the nastiest chemicals known to man. If I'm not mistaken, phosgene was a WWI chemical agent used against the enemy. Hydrochloric acid can easily go into soil and river sources and can kill wildlife.
Stop paying attention to that balloon BS the media is trying to feed you and start looking at this. I pray for those in OH, PA, and other states downwind of this disaster that they're not victims.
