@hdominguez Beautiful! I just canned 4 pints of wild Chickasaw plums this week. I’m waiting for my beauty berries to ripen so I can can them. They give very little juice so you have to have 10 - 12 gallons of berries to get 4 pints of jam. It’s worth it. It’s the best jam I’ve ever tasted as long as it’s not watered down.
