So when does Chase bank spread it's 2 Trillion out equally to the people... and all those wealthy people in congress that started at the salary rate and now have far more then the job ever paid.

When do the thieves that bribed congress for 90 - 120 year copyrights pay back the tax payer currency that the gov provided them in subsidies.
