We have had no Congress, Senate or President since 1999. The birth certificate system ended in 1999, so anyone born after 1999 is not a corporate fiction, and should not have their name in ALL CAPS. Get educated on this with Russell-Jay: Gould. Everyone can get the Claim of Life and be an American National Citizen because there is no longer a United States of America corporation. It was established in 1871 but the corporation went bankrupt in 2019. USA Inc. is gone.
