Most people don't even know what manners are these days. And those that used to have them have forgotten. These days, a lot of people say: "please, thanks and sorry" for all the wrong reasons -- because they don't understand true meaning. Thanks! now ends in an exclamation mark, so it's more of a demand or a command. Sorry has completely lost its meaning. Now it's just mechanism to get people to stop complaining/exposing further. After someone says sorry, it's expected that you simply shut up. And please is very seldom used -- and is only used when all other commands, demands and tactics have failed. #FailGeneration
