FEMA, in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission, will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) this summer.
The national test will consist of two portions, testing WEA and EAS capabilities. Both tests will begin at 2:20 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Aug. 11.

A legal theory is emerging: Texas had no standing in the SCOTUS case because Texas has not been harmed until Monday, when the states submit their electoral votes. Only after that day has Texas been harmed by the other states. The case was apparently not dismissed with prejudice, meaning it can be resubmitted AFTER the harm has occurred.
As of tonight, the constitutional republic has ended. There is no longer any functioning rule of law in America.
