I thought I read somewhere that Mike advised what to do to build your immune system somewhat if you got the vaccine. My brother took the first Pfizer vaccine before I had a chance to advise him against it. He is 64, in good health. He agreed not to get the second shot, and I wanted to give him advice on how to mitigate it somewhat. Can anybody point me in the right direction?
