Just watched the local news on ABC out of Cleveland OH:

Issue 1 failed: 57% No 43% Yes

Then they actually reported many polling places reported people were unable to cast votes because they ran out of ballots !!!!

Explain to me how that is a fair election of anything........ I'll wait..............
