In decent shape and still working so far.....( Damn the plandemic) Looking for like minded people to run with.. "United we stand"... A group in the hills homesteading lookin out after each other is a great start( unless you have a better plan)...lol... I'm open for suggestions. Time is of the essence!

I remember that one. There was an actual video I saw showing the process he used. Not sure where it is now (pulled from the web I suspect)....lol..as for the daily intake..... I believe the amount was 1 tsp per 12oz of water. Also the bicarbonate must be aluminum free .... doubles as an antacid to boot.
