I should like to tell you what happened to me today.
I went for a walk along my favorite track among old oak trees that are up to several hundred years old.
The sky was covered with clouds, the sky was almost all dark gray with some white.
I sat on a bank and wondered who was in control of this place and what would happen now.
Then I saw on the horizon a small strip of blue sky.
The wind was strong.
Within perhaps five minutes the blue sky was above me.

I used to resent my species being referred to as "sheeple", however given the evidence to consider, it hurts to admit that for the most part, this is an accurate description. Unfortunately, it seems that a large percentage of the populace has lost the ability to reason.
A disease with a 99.6% survival rate is not a pandemic. It is influenza.
If you have no symptoms, you have no disease. If a disease is so mild you need a special test to detect it, it is not a pandemic.
@tyrusrechs - Lay it on me - given the fact that so many millions are too stupid, too lazy, too brainwashed or too interested in being able to "go to the movies, eat out or the gym" - do we actually DESERVE to survive as a species?
