Sadly I think we will never know the truth

Kudos to the author. It seems to me that those involved couldn’t bungle this badly by accident. Perhaps with the lieberal Democrats looking at the November 2022 mid-term elections, they needed something to pull them out of the tank. Raise their popularity by passing their long cherished gun legislation and roll into the mid-terms with enough wins to keep control of the House and the Senate. If this is so, they are a heartless bunch, willing to sacrifice those 19 lives, for political benefit.
