IMHO the best way to keep people from snitching is to let them know how ostracized they are going to be if they turn rat. Nothing like no help coming if you holler. Nobody to talk to. Nobody to eat with. Completely, uterly alone. Let them KNOW what will happen then make sure it does.

We don't need to fear people who are already generally abhored. And don't forget the suit for defamation!! We should start our own Anti Defamation We-Will-Sue-the-Crap-Out-of-You League.
