I happened to see this ripe cantaloupe peeking through all the green vines as I walked through the big greenhouse this morning.
Half I diced for Marcel, and half I blended with some cucumber and a couple Lettuce Basil leaves. Then placed in the freezer to chill before enjoying.
Pure deliciousness especially on a hot day
I saw this recipe on Two Wild Onions' IG and it was worth trying it. Definitely a keeper.
