Today's rant
I have failed as a Father.
Historically it is the Mothers and Fathers duty to teach their children how to hunt, fish, farm and basically survive in the world on their own.
I left home at 17, young and dumb. It wasn't my step dads fault, he's raising 8 kids always with a table full of bills and issues to deal with.
My first couple years wasn't too bad. A hundred buck old peoples apartment with a swimming pool. motorcycle to get around and $10 out of each weekly paycheck going into a 5.25% savings account.
Life forces you to "Tap In" and the motorcycle needed to be replaced with an actual car.
Off to the used car dealer with a thousand dollars and zero credit history.
A few days after the loan papers came in it hit me. The same bank paying me $50 a year for using my $1000 is charging me $250 a year for lending me $1500.
I want to be the bank!
Back then the poor working class was at a 5-1 disadvantage, today it's closer to an 8,000 to 1 disadvantage and you wonder why people opt out of work.
There are ways around it if you take 20 years to figure it out and build for it.
Years back I needed $200,000. in a way it didn't cost me a dime, just 4 years to recoup the loan which I granted to myself out of the difference between lending and borrowing rates.
I can't teach this to my kids, so I failed.

To anyone saying that the pagers in Lebanon were outfitted with extra explosives, that's the COVER STORY to try to make people believe that lithium ion batteries themselves can't explode. But they do indeed explode quite readily, which is exactly why it's illegal to ship lithium ion battery items by air. Because they would catch on fire, explode and bring down aircraft. But an even bigger question: Even if you assume the pagers were outfitted with explosives, how do you know YOUR OWN PHONE doesn't also have explosives in it? Have you checked? Would you even know what a 4-gram packet of explosives looks like? Probably not. And I bet you've never even opened your phone enough to check the main circuit board anyway. If you are carrying a phone, you are carrying an explosive device, pure and simple. The question is: WHO CONTROLS THE REMOTE TRIGGER? It's not you. It's your government. Let that sink in. You are essentially a non-consenting government-controlled suicide bomber. And if you happen to venture into some area where they want an explosion to occur, they've got your number.

I got a lot to get off my mind today.
8% of our community center came down with Covid.
Well they are 80 plus folks and this morning I made the call to shut the center down until we get better information.
I can assume these were all the home tests kits,
I assume all these folks are given a regular RNA shot.
I wonder if the rna shots would show a false positive in the home test kits.
It's flu season up on the mountain.
But we also have a lot of seniors returning from trips from far away places.
Basically I have next to zero facts to work on. Call in the CDC, shit last time we had twice as many cases than people.
Prepare for the worst and hope for the best.
I should know more in the next few days
